This is a tried and tested system used over
the last 20 years. If management and staff
are equally committed to the application of
this programme for the company, it can raise
the efficiency rate of at least 50%.
This system was used in Kelab Darul Ehsan
Golf club. Prior to the implementation, the
company was experiencing only 4 members (sales
value about RM100,000.00) a month. After the
implementation, the sales figures shot up
to 100 members (sales value about RM2.5m)
a month, just over a period of 2-1/2 years.
This system was also introduced in Perwira
Affin Bank and BSN Commercial Bank with equally
encouraging results.
